West Coast Drilling & Civil, was formed in April 2013 by Brad Delane in a venture to provide a Horizontal Directional Drilling & minor Civils service to Western Australia that will exceed the current industry standards
We bring with us years of mining, exploration, civil and electrical / power industry experience. Our team are highly trained and competent with a vast understanding of the industry and knowledge. We specialise in the installation of underground utilities whilst having the capacity to use various methods including directional drilling, open cut trenching, chain auger trenching, earth stake installation and hydro and vacuum excavation. This allows us to deliver our services to a range of projects.
The depth of experience and professional structure of our organisation will allow our clients to proceed with total confidence when engaging WCDC. Our growth and success are dependent upon building and maintaining a strong and long-term relationship between our clients. These relationships are built on trust, honesty, integrity, and the value we place upon our people.
WCDC’s existing, fully serviced equipment is operated by experienced and qualified operators. We take great pride in the overall condition of all our plants and equipment. To ensure optimum running time and limited to no downtime we conduct daily pre-starts and weekly maintenance schedules to keep our equipment up to a the highest standard.

Brad has mining and construction industry experience including mine site operations, development and implementation of HSE systems within the electrical/civil contracting industries, business development and staff training exceeding 18 years. Brad has completed a Diploma in HSE and a Certificate IV in Front Line Management and Business Development. His responsibilities within WCDC include Contracts, Marketing / Client Liaison, Human Resources and Health Safety Environmental & Quality Management.

Trent has extensive experience in the Civil Construction Industry specialising in contract works for all major underground service utility providers. Over the last 15 years, Trent has been involved with many large-scale projects from the ground up working in field operations to elevated level administrative roles giving him many skills in all aspects of Civil Construction. His responsibilities within WCDC include Construction Management and High-Level Project Planning.
